If you're looking for a product not on our Product List, we will work closely with you to determine your exact product requirements and ideal pricing, and we will supply the product on your behalf. SUPPLYING PROCESS
We oversee every step of the supplying process. Mainbridge is committed to serving your company from start to finish of the entire supplying experience. We will work closely with you to determine your product needs, desired cost savings, and expected delivery time.

CLIENT SERVICE PROCESS
1. Complimentary Meeting
The first step is for us to understand your company's products and needs. This is a non-obligatory way for you to learn more about our products and services, pricing, and processes. At this meeting you may provide us with specifications for us to provide sample pieces
2. We Produce Samples
The second step is for us to produce complimentary sample pieces for you to review
3. Order
After you approve our samples, the third step is either a test order (a skid) or a regular order (up to a sea container)
4. Follow Up Evaluation
Once you receive the order, we will meet up to review your satisfaction with the order and notes for future orders
