Quality Control
Our manufacturer follows a 7-step Quality Control Process to ensure high quality.:
1. Materials Inspection: We do spot tests on 20% of materials for every batch.
2. Bulk Order Sample Testing: For every bulk order, we will make at least 2 pcs of samples to test the product lighting effect and function.
3. Each Production Procedure Inspection: Our Quality Control team tests the working functions of the products for every bulk order.
4. Aging Testing: For every assembled light, we do aging test between 24 - 72 hours to ensure lighting consistency.
6. Whole Product Inspection: After the aging test, we will inspect all of the lamps' appearance, and lighting functions and effects.
7. Packaging Inspection: Includes label, inner box, outer carton and wooden pallet packaging before shipment.
